To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our Services to send fraudulent documents, harass recipients, violate any applicable law or regulation, or interfere with the operation of our platform.

5. Electronic Signatures

Settlio facilitates the collection of electronic signatures in compliance with the ESIGN Act and UETA. However, the legal enforceability of electronic signatures may vary based on jurisdiction, document type, and specific regulatory requirements. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of electronic signatures complies with applicable laws.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Settlio platform, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Settlio and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload to our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Settlio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
