1. Consent to Use Electronic Signatures

By using the Settlio platform to sign documents electronically, you consent to the use of electronic signatures as a legally binding method of executing agreements. This consent is provided in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

2. Scope of Consent

Your consent applies to all documents presented to you for electronic signature through the Settlio platform, including but not limited to settlement agreements, payment authorizations, consent forms, and related documents.

3. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic records and signatures, you will need a device with internet access and a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). No additional software or plugins are required.

4. Right to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to use electronic signatures at any time. To withdraw consent, contact the document sender directly or email [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the legal validity of any electronic signatures previously provided.

5. Paper Copies

You have the right to request paper copies of any electronically signed document. To request a paper copy, contact the document sender or email [email protected]. Fees may apply for paper copy requests.

6. Updating Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current. To update your email address or other contact information, contact the document sender or update your Settlio account settings.
